Mental Wellness

I’d like to describe mental wellness as 3 concepts:

Attitude (Mood, feelings, “heart”)

Motivation (consistency, motivation, organization)

Mindfulness (Serenity, presence, choice)

I think it is helpful to understand these as distinct but interrelated principles.  When we say we don’t feel like doing something, it may be because we’re down but it could also be restlessness or boredom.  Understanding what is in our way is key to understanding whether we need to jump over it, climb it, or hit it with a hammer (in video game terms).
